Bio: Alan is a qualified commercial lawyer with over 20 years of experience in real estate, strategy consulting, project finance, and management, having held senior executive positions across Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and South Korea.

Prior to joining The Brokerage Connection, Alan has acted for listed investment companies, Family Offices, and Ultra HNW investors across Asia Pacific, managing significant deals including a US$600 million mixed-use commercial complex, a AUD100 million commercial development site acquisition, and a US$95 million logistic centre divestment.

With a Master of Laws from the University of New South Wales and a double degree in Laws and Finance from the University of Technology of Sydney, Alan brings unparalleled global expertise, translating strategic insights and sophisticated deal-making capabilities into protected and maximised investment potential for clients.
